The Livingston Range is in the northwest portion of Glacier National Park, and a very long day’s drive from Livingston, Montana. This area, which lies along the North Fork of the Flathead River, is favored as a critical lower elevation travel corridor by large predators such as wolves, mountain lions and grizzly bears, though mining pressures just north of the international boundary in British Columbia have the potential to change that.
