I hardly ever take pictures of wildlife in Yellowstone, as they are usually moving way too fast for me and my lens. This lone bull bison proved to be an exception one sub-zero winter morning just north of Old Faithful, as he conserved his energy while waiting for us to pass by in our snowcoach. This image looks fantastic as an 8” x12” or 12” x 18” signed print, as you can see greater details of the bison’s face and body, and of the surrounding landscape.
